Our Head Sommelier, who has trained at several prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants and who is forever on the lookout for new vintages, has selected some of the best wines from Portugal and France for you. You are invited to come and taste these exceptional bottles within our cellar, where you can also purchase them directly.
The mornings you deserve
For the first meal of the day, we have stepped up to the plate (literally) to put on a marvellous spread offering you the perfect combination of indulgence, well-being and vitality. Part way between our Collection breakfast and a buffet extravaganza, your mornings will never taste the same again! Discover the chic, cosy ambiance of our breakfast room La Mezzanine from 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m on week days and from 7 a.m to 11:00 a.m on weekends.

Le Monumental Palace has three conference halls available for hire, specifically designed for business meetings, as well as exclusive rooms where you can work and communicate in a calm setting.
